Size: 2x3.5'' (once folded, comes scored and unfolded)
Your order will print the exact number of how many people are on your list, the remaining will come blank (ex: 72 on your list, you will order 75 and get 3 blank place cards)
Names may vary in size due to length of name and printable area

P R E F E R R E D T I M E L I N E

We prefer to receive your order for place cards placed at least 3 weeks prior to your wedding date (or earlier if you know all the information!) We require the information in full before we begin the design.

If you place your order less than 2 weeks prior to your wedding date, a rush fee of $50 will apply for the design of your place cards, plus a $25 fee for rush printing. This will be invoiced separately. We do not do rush orders on place cards.

Place Card Template: You can download the place card template here. Use the Place Card Tab to include your information. Please email the excel template once completed to ledgewoodfinestationery@gmail.com.
Place Card List: Spell out names exactly as you would like to appear on the place cards.
Include table number and food selection if wanted. (disregard if not needed)
Preferred ink color (if different from the sample)

P L A C E C A R D P R O C E S S

Please check for accuracy and all content before submitting the information. We will email the initial proofS within 3-5 business days. You will get one complimentary revision for your place cards. Each revision after that will incur a $25 fee that will be invoiced separately and will need to be paid in full before going to production.

P R O D U C T I O N T I M E L I N E
After final payment and approval, your order will be sent into production and no further changes can be made. For this reason, it is very important to review your proofs, making certain everything is correct. Place cards typically take two weeks in production once approved. Now for the exciting part! Once your order is ready, we will contact you to schedule local pick up or notify you that your order has shipped.

Once your order has been approved and final payment has been made. Your order will be released into production. Production typically takes two weeks. Once your order has shipped we will notify you that you order is on the way and provide the UPS tracking number.
