Custom stadium cups will be created based upon what you have in mind. Please include any design ideas or inspiration that you have. We will design 1-3 options for you to choose from and will email you proofs. Additional fees may apply on custom orders depending on design desired.

P R E F E R R E D  T I M E L I N E

We prefer to receive your order for stadium cups at least 8 weeks before your wedding or event date. Production takes a minimum of 3 weeks once proof has been approved. Please factor in your timeframe before you order cups. We do not take rush orders on cups.

Please check for accuracy and all content before submitting the information. We will email the initial proof within 3-5 business days. You will get one complimentary revision. Each revision after that will incur a $25 fee that will be invoiced separately and will need to be paid in full before going to production. 

P R O D U C T I O N   T I M E L I N E
After final payment and approval, your order will be sent into production and no further changes can be made. For this reason, it is very important to review your proofs, making certain everything is correct. Stadium cups take a minimum of 3 weeks in production once approved. Now for the exciting part! Once your order is ready, we will contact you to schedule local pick up or notify you that your order has shipped.
