  • Individually printed guest addresses on envelopes for your Ledgewood Fine Stationery invitation order
  • Printing Process: Flat Printed (smooth to the touch)
  • We will match the fonts from your invitation order
  • Not calligraphy by hand
  • Available upgrade only for Ledgewood Fine Stationery envelopes
  • We will not print on customer provided envelopes
  • Ink colors printed on the envelopes may slightly vary from the ink color on your invitations due to being printed on a different printing press and paper.

Please provide the information below:

  • Guest List: You can download the envelope template here. Please email the excel template once completed to ledgewoodfinestationery@gmail.com. 
  • Guest List: Spell out all words that are typically abbreviated. (Such as: Alabama, Northwest, Drive, Road, Apartment, Post Office, Etc.)
  • Preferred ink color (or we will match the ink you have used on your invitations)
P R O C E S S

You will be emailed a digital proof of your mounted print within 3-5 business days once your order has been placed.

Your order includes one complimentary revision. Any additional revisions will incur a $25 fee that will be invoiced separately. All invoices must be paid prior to going into production. Once approved and final payment has been made, your production timeline begins.

P R O D U C T I O N   T I M E L I N E
  • After final approval of artwork, your order will be sent into production and no further changes can be made. For this reason, it is very important to review your proofs, making certain everything is correct.
  • Printed envelopes typically take 2 weeks in production once approved. Now for the exciting part! Once your order is ready, we will contact you to schedule local pick up or notify you that your order has shipped.
  • If your guest list is less than the amount you order, the extra envelopes will come blank and unprinted on the front. (Ex: You have 72 addresses and you ordered 75 printed addresses, the extra 3 will be included in your order without any printing on the front of the envelope.)

Placing your order confirms you have read and agree to our terms and conditions.

Once your order has been approved and final payment has been made. Your order will be released into production. Production typically takes two weeks. Once your order has shipped we will notify you that you order is on the way and provide the UPS tracking number.
